Our bags are handmade, and the crafting process typically takes 7–12 days. After the bag is finished, we carefully package it and ship it to you via international express shipping. You can expect to receive your order within 14–21 days, depending on your location. If there are any shipping delays due to weather or other exceptional circumstances, we kindly ask for your understanding.
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. If your order is less than $75, there will be an additional shipping fee of $10.
Please note that customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer, and they will vary depending on your location. Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust for changing international tax regulations. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding this matter.
We want you to love your handmade bag! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 3-day return window from the date you receive the product. Returns after 3 days are not accepted, as the bags are made specifically for you.
We do not accept returns for personal reasons such as change of mind, color preference, or dislike of the bag after the 3-day return period.
We appreciate your understanding as each bag is handcrafted with care and is unique.

Yes, we offer special discount codes and promotions. If you have a coupon, please make sure to use it before it expires. Once the coupon expires, it cannot be used.
Currently, we do not offer custom designs or colors for our bags. Each bag is made from carefully selected materials, and we offer a range of unique designs, each one-of-a-kind.
While we strive to ensure timely shipping, sometimes unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or customs delays can affect delivery. We will keep you updated if any issues arise and provide a tracking number so you can monitor your order’s status.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed and the bag is in production, we are unable to make changes. However, if you need to update your shipping address or contact details, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to assist.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale or discounted items. All returns are subject to the same policy, and must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
We recommend spot cleaning your bag to keep it in the best condition. If necessary, use a gentle fabric cleaner and a soft cloth to clean any stains. Avoid machine washing or harsh chemicals that may damage the yarn.
